With great disappointment (but with an abundance of social responsibility), Joan and Gilah have decided to cancel our Self-Healing in Santa Fe retreat, May 6-10. We are discussing ways to either do the retreat online, or reschedule it when it is safe to congregate. Contact Gilah at 4worldswellness@gmail.com with thoughts or questions.

One thing we can offer you right now, is to join us in GraceFull360 – a lovely self-directed program with meditations, rituals, positive psychology, self reflections, recipes and herbal remedies, all tied to the bioenergies of the spring season. There is a private Facebook group where we can share thoughts and experiences, and several group calls. We have loved creating this program, and we think you’ll love it too. It’s only $147 for a 3-month offering. The program is posted and it will be available through June 20.

Be well, and be gentle with yourself.

Our daily program offers presentations by Joan and Gilah that include mind-body-spirit meditations, journaling, small group discussion, rituals and fun cooking and herbal wisdom demos. The food at IHM is scrumptiously veggie-centric with local dairy and meat options. The chef is extremely supporting in meeting your dietary needs.

The program ends daily around 4 pm, leaving you plenty of time to rest, relax or enjoy the ambience of Santa Fe. Dinner will be served Wed and Friday evening. On Saturday, you’ll have the entire afternoon and evening free to visit markets and galleries or have a spa afternoon at Ten Thousand Waves! There are wonderful hiking and biking trails too. The retreat ends Sunday, May 10 at noon, followed by lunch. If you’d like to stay a few more days in Santa Fe, there are many wonderful options including hotels, B&Bs and AirBnB.

Flying to Santa Fe

You can fly into Albuquerque Sunport (ABQ) or the Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF).

Flights into ABQ are often less expensive. Southwest Airline has a very good cancellation/change policy. However, sometimes there are great deals into SAF.

Shuttle from Airport to IHM

The Groome Transportation Shuttle operates every day, from early morning till fairly late at night. It takes about 1 hour and delivers you right to IHM (and picks up there as well). You can reserve online or by phone – 505-474-5696. Cost is $36 one-way plus tax. The Shuttle stops and picks up right at IHM Retreat Center.

Roadrunner Transportation can take you to IHM from the SAF for $60 for 1 or 2 persons (between 6 am and 8 pm), $80 (8 pm – 6 am). Call (505) 424-3367 to speak with a customer service representative and make reservation. Takes ~30 min to get to IHM.

Lyft and Uber are also good options for Santa Fe. There is no taxi service in Santa Fe.

Please feel free to email Gilah at 4worldswellness@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding the retreat. Space is limited, so don’t delay in reserving your spot for this wonderful retreat in sunny Santa Fe with Joan and a group of amazing, like-hearted people!

A Note from Joan:

I’m delighted to invite you to join me for this interactive retreat in my home town for “Self-Healing in Santa Fe“, which embraces the breadth of scientific and mind-body-spirit resources and tools that I have harvested over many decades. I’m looking forward to sharing an intimate, fun and enriching experience with you.

See you in Santa Fe!
