Learning How to Love Ourselves
Step into the radiance of your best self! Truly loving oneself is a psychological and spiritual journey—one most women need to experience. Our patterns of self-judgment, believing that something is wrong with us, and not feeling like we are enough can translate into anxiety, depression, addiction, burnout, or just a simple suspicion that there is more to life than we are experiencing.
Join mind-body expert Joan Borysenko and singer-songwriter Karen Drucker for a unique women’s retreat that combines experiential learning with inspiring music.
Over the course of the weekend, you will learn:
- To overcome mental blocks that keep you from living fully into your potential
- How to work with common negative emotions and limiting beliefs on a spiritual level
- Body-based inquiry and present-centered awareness to become more integrated in mind, body, and spirit.
Come discover how to nurture a kind, loving relationship with yourself. If this is your first time attending a retreat with Joan and Karen, come by yourself and meet new soul friends, or bring friends and family with you. If you have been to this retreat before, you are invited to come again and reconnect. Each time, the retreat is as special as the participants who come.
Here you will reconnect with yourself, feel refreshed amidst the beauty of nature, engage with music that reprograms emotional DNA, enjoy nourishing food, sing, laugh, and return home with a “faith-lift!”
