    Dearest Joan and Karen,
A request: please schedule one of these retreats on the west coast next year! I will help get the word out as much as possible. I would love to come with my beautiful staff of women. Sometime in July or August would be good…
    Love you so much!
    Margaret

Can’t come this year because partner is unemployed and I am close to a deficit, but I continue to reap the benefits of last year’s retreat. I have shared Karen’s cd’s with friends and healing is ongoing. You both affected me profoundly. Many blessings!

Great topic/subject/ideal. Loving ourselves!. Sounds really great and inspiring from you both. I am sure that, as a prerequisite (for loving ourselves or anyone else) we must Absolutely First practice that most basic spiritual action ‘ahimsa’ which is no harm to any creature, or abstinence from violence either by thought, word, deed (or in this reference – by proxy). I know and am pretty certain with the both of you being such great spiritual examples, that the food there will be vegan – but just checking to confirm.
    Thanks!

Just healing from a double mastectomy and have a million estrogen positive questions relating to Joan’s program and only now found out about this retreat. I am hopeful to get another opportunity very soon to learn more!

    Hi Joan and Karen,

I just returned from the Retreat. Loved every minute! Individually and together, you are so caring, dynamic, and inspirational. Thanks, Karen, for your story about your friend with polio. It so resonated with me. Thanks, Joan, for the big hug in the dining room. I needed it. Until next time.

    Love, Karen W.
